This International Women’s Day, LUMIN reaffirms our commitment to advancing gender equality across our organization, throughout our value chain, and in the communities where we operate.
At Lumin, we actively promote opportunities for professional development, leadership, and long-term careers in a sector where we continue working to expand women’s participation. We believe the strongest organizations are built on diverse perspectives and equal opportunities.
Throughout 2026, we have been celebrating the role of women across our organization as part of the International Year of Rural Women declared by FAO, sharing the stories of those who are part of the forestry value chain and contribute to Lumin’s leadership in the sustainable management of forest products from Uruguay to the world.
Gender equality is not a conversation for a single day, but an ongoing commitment that remains a priority on our agenda.
