International Women's Day is to celebrate the achievements of women and to reflect on ways we can all help to #BreakTheBias As a business, LUMIN has been working actively to build gender equality both inside and outside the company, with public policies and support for civil society.

In fact, our support policies for Civil Society (Centro Educativo Arcoiris, Costureras del Norte and Leñeras) were recognized by the United Nations as a case study in its "Guide to Good Business Practices." LUMIN was used as an example of an organization that seeks to increase female inclusion in jobs at all levels of our business.

Thanks to these actions, last year we were awarded recognition by the Union of Exporters and Banco República as an export company with a gender perspective.
