As part of the visit of the Council of Ministers to the department of Tacuarembó, yesterday the Minister of Social Development visited the facilities of the ARCOIRIS Center, together with LUMIN authorities, representatives of the company's union and authorities of the Center and NGO Cardjin.
When touring the facilities, the authorities pointed out the importance of the Center, being one of the first agreements made within the framework of the Care System with the modality Siempre (Sindicato/Empresa), which brings together unions, companies and the Institute for Children and Adolescents (INAU).
