LUMIN received a certificate recognition by the "WIN-WIN: “Gender Equality means Good Business”, an alliance of Un Women, ILO and European Union, as one of the companies in 2020 that transform their commitment to equality of gender in action through the action plan performed and promoted.  The Principles of Women's Empowerment (WEPs) are a joint initiative of the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women and are implemented in Uruguay through the Win-Win program. The program promotes and provides companies with the tools to promote gender equality in all areas and in their communities.
